Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights (SPHR) McGill drew outrage over a promotional image of keffiyeh-garbed men reading while armed with light machine guns and rifles.
Pascal Tribout, 37, was arrested on Thursday and a 3D printed firearm and several 3D printers were seized. He had also allegedly incited violence against the Canadian Jewish community.
The office will be located within the Canadian embassy in Tel Aviv and will be Quebec's first in the Middle East and 35th total.
