Three people, including two minors, were detained as "subjects" after a shooting spree at Kansas City's Super Bowl victory parade left one killed and 22 wounded.
Stacey Graves, police chief of the Kansas City (Mo.) Police Department, said during a news conference that 22 people suffered gunshot wounds. At least seven had life-threatening injuries.
The shooter also claimed to have had a bomb, but police found no evidence of explosives.
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said police had killed the two shooters, whom he said were believed to belong to the DHKP-C group.
Two masked gunman shot one person dead at an Istanbul church on Sunday, the motive is still unclear.
No individuals or groups had claimed responsibility for the shootings in the restless Sistan-Baluchestan province, Iranian state media said.
One person in their 30s was seriously wounded, while another was lightly wounded.
One resident of the community reportedly received a gunshot wound to the leg.
"I’m advocating for is the gentiles vs the Jews," wrote the shooter in his 180 page manifesto. "We outnumber them 100x, and they are not strong by themselves."
Israel Police launched an investigation into the incident and began searching for the perpetrator of the crime.
