Jashua Bowles, repeatedly stabbed the unnamed woman, who was working at British intelligence agency GCHQ, in March near its base in Cheltenham in western England.
The incident was caught on video, showing Sgt. E. swiftly kicking the assailant in the chest, sending her to the ground. The officer followed up with another to incapacitate the attacker.
The terrorist was apprehended by police at the scene. A second person suffered from minor stab wounds in the attack.
The attacker was killed on-site after stabbing a 25-year-old man, who is in moderate condition.
According to the indictment, there was no prior conflict between the two men leading up to the attack.
