The four former hostages released from Hamas captivity on Saturday were reunited with their parents in Israel.
Prime Minister's Office welcomes release of four hostages
The Prime Minister's Office welcomed the release of former hostages Karina Ariev, Naama Levy, Daniella Gilboa, and Liri Albag in a Saturday morning statement.
"The Israeli government embraces the four returning IDF soldiers. Their families have been informed by the designated authorities that they have been transferred to the IDF," the statement read. "The Israeli government is committed to the return of all the remaining hostages."

Liri Albag's close friends—Eliya Diskin, Tal Dinament, Agam Harpaz, and Noam Gabai—gathered at Tal Dinament’s home in Matan, filled with anticipation for Liri’s release after more than a year and three months in Hamas captivity. Asked what they would say to her upon her return, Noam said, "We will hug her and tell her everything is okay."

Hostages enter Israeli territory in good condition
The IDF conveyed the four former Israeli hostages, in good condition, into Israeli territory on Saturday morning.
"A short while ago, accompanied by IDF and ISA forces, the four returning hostages crossed the border into Israeli territory," the IDF stated. "The returning hostages are currently on their way to an initial reception point in southern Israel, where they will be reunited with their parents."
