Aki-no Festival brings the best of Japanese cinema to Israel

This year’s Aki-no Festival features movies by some of the most acclaimed Japanese directors and will be held at the Jerusalem Cinematheque and the Tel Aviv Cinematheque in January.

Jerusalem Cinematheque’s annual film, lecture, concert series hits 30

The series kicked off last month and will run through June, taking in a total of 15 multidisciplinary offerings, and will continue to offer some respite from the ongoing existential trials in Israel.
