Palestinian terrorist Leila Khaled described former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri's alleged role in Palestinian terrorism in Europe.
The organization wrote on its website that it "cannot accept credit donations – and neither can the 140 organizations that rely on us to provide them with fiscal sponsorship."
The conference was going to be titled: "Thirty years after the signing the Oslo Accords, a look at Palestine," according to French news magazine L'Express.
