Three suspects were apprehended on suspicion of involvement in the murder of a 50-year-old Kiryat Yam resident.
Habatamo Asras allegedly tried to stab and kill a police officer at a protest in Tel Aviv, and then later threatened several people and exposed his genitals to police officers.
Police officers and a number of worshipers on the Temple Mount scuffled after the incident, according to Palestinian reports.
The attacker was killed on-site after stabbing a 25-year-old man, who is in moderate condition.
According to the indictment, there was no prior conflict between the two men leading up to the attack.
The victim, Omri Blum, was adopted by suspect Shai Blum and his wife almost 22 years ago.
The victim was transferred to Sha'are Zedek Medical Center in very serious and unstable condition for further medical treatment.
