The BBB restaurant group won the tender to establish and operate a hamburger restaurant in Israel under the brand of its subsidiary Moses, which operates 15 branches. This is the first time that BBB has entered the field of catering at Ben-Gurion Airport, a few years after opening a branch of the hamburger chain at Ramon Airport.
The restaurant, which will be branded as Moses Air, will open this week with an investment of NIS 4.5 million and will be located in Arm E in Terminal 3. The hamburger restaurant has set itself the goal of changing the culinary culture in the field, and will offer the passengers a bar restaurant experience.
It was also reported that special emphasis would be placed on cocktails, wines, draft beers, and other alcoholic beverages. In addition, a varied hamburger menu and other dishes for the whole family will be offered, based on fresh meat ground in the restaurant every day. Moses Air will cover 200 square meters and have 80 seats.The new restaurant will operate around the clock and offer self-pickup services (for eating in the terminal area or on the plane).
Huge screens will be placed in the restaurant, broadcasting sports from all over the world 24 hours a day. The restaurant's communication language will be unique and include the chain's "dog-cat" design from the world of aviation.
The restaurant's franchisees are Asaf Attias and Tomer Avihalak, who have experience, seniority, and knowledge in restaurant management. The chain's CEO, Ahuva Turgeman, says, "Similar to leading airports in the world, Moses Air offers, by investing enormous resources, a quality culinary entertainment experience based on the concept that the vacation begins in the terminal."
