DeSantis has advanced Holocaust education while also enabling parents to effectively remove Holocaust literature they don’t like from school libraries.
Following a series of lackluster performances at home and abroad, DeSantis is making his former idol and role model, Donald Trump, a very happy rival.
DeSantis has not formally declared that he will run for president, but speculation is high that he will do so.
DeSantis also said that he supports a united Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty.
“We are doing what we can do in Florida ....to hold people accountable when that really crosses the line into threatening conduct.”
DeSantis is expected to deliver a public address in Jerusalem on Thursday at the “Celebrate the Face of Israel” conference.
